Hello, I'm Lina.
I'm a Product Designer based in London, specialising in accessibility-led design for fintech, B2B platforms, and enterprise tools. With a background in art direction in Asia, I bring both creative vision and strategic rigour to every project.
I worked as a consultant for 6+ years in Paris, adapting quickly across diverse environments—from designing features that help DIY professionals connect with peers at ManoMano, to improving AI-generated chatbot for financial self-care at Hello Bank, to building entire information architectures for gas supply incident management at GRTgaz.
I thrive on the full UX journey: defining problems, facilitating workshops, designing accessible solutions, and building systems that scale. I've worked with organisations from fast-growing scale-ups (ManoMano, Too Good To Go) to established enterprises (BNP Paribas, Natixis, GRTgaz), championing WCAG-compliant, inclusive design.
My art direction experience from Shanghai and Seoul—spanning luxury retail, architecture, and social impact projects—gives me a keen eye for visual systems and brand cohesion. I believe design should improve daily life with positive environmental and social impact. This philosophy drives my commitment to accessibility and human-centered thinking in everything I create.
Beyond design, I'm passionate about exploring London's restaurant and café scene, getting lost in novels and essays, learning languages (currently mastering Khmer), practising crafts such as bookbinding and ceramics, watching movies at the local cinema, and catching the latest exhibition at a gallery. I love exploring the intersections of art, culture, and technology. I believe the best designers are curious above the world beyond screens.
I have full right to work in the UK and I am seeking senior in-house roles where design shapes product strategy.
